Nick Melchiorre was called to the Bar in 2004. He attended the University of Saskatchewan Law School. He also holds a Bachelor of Social Work degree from the University of Calgary, and Honours Criminology degree from the University of Windsor. Before and during law school, Nick worked as a social worker with the Province of Alberta and Yukon Government.
Nick’s practice encompasses the areas of Wills and Estates , Corporate and Commercial law , Real Estate , Litigation and Family law. Nick also enjoys legal writing and has contributed, along with other lawyers of the firm, to published articles such as:

Nick is currently on the Board of Directors for Wesway, which is a local non-profit organization that provides community-based respite care services. As well, he presently sits on the Board of Directors for the 36th Annual Ontario Student Debating Union Provincial Debate Seminar which was held in Thunder Bay in 2007, and is a keen participant in many of the firm’s charitable activities, including the 24-hour Corporate Relay, Big Bike for Heart and Stroke and other fundraising events.
