Sarah knows that results are what counts. She succeeds in life through a combination of a dynamic work ethic, a sharp mind, compassion and a keen sense of humour, but knows that her most important attribute is her passion. She applies this to the benefit of her clients as a negotiator, an advisor and an advocate.
Sarah has set her horizons to reflect her awareness of the growing effects of globalization and cross-border mobility - of people, capital and business. Born and raised in Toronto, after graduating from York University with an Honours Bachelor of Arts, Sarah relocated to the border city of Windsor and obtained dual degrees - both Juris Doctoris - from the University of Windsor Faculty of Law and the University of Detroit Mercy School of Law. She is certified as a Qualified General Civil Mediator in Michigan. Sarah was called to the Michigan State Bar in 2009 and the Ontario Bar in 2011.
Her sense of adventure has now brought Sarah to Thunder Bay, where she makes an excellent addition to the Weilers Business Law Team, developing a practice focused on the needs of business clients.
When she is not at work, Sarah can often be found at the gym, enjoying her other passion – physical fitness and weight training. As a frustrated yet loyal Miami Dolphins fan, she finds the gym a great resource after (or in preparation for) a strenuous Sunday (or Monday) of football.
